What happens in the demo?
A 20-minute walkthrough of the platform mapped to your systems. We don't show generic screenshots — we configure a demo to your SIS, your access control system, your industry. Then you decide if you want a 60-day pilot.
How long does implementation take?
Starter tier: self-service, typically 1–2 weeks. Pro tier: 30–45 days including SIS integration. Enterprise: 60–90 days for multi-system orchestration and SOC 2 evidence package.
Do you have a free trial?
Yes. Starter tier: 30-day free self-service trial. Pro tier: 60-day pilot with a sales call. Enterprise: 90-day paid pilot ($10K credited toward annual contract). K-12 anchor program: free first year for first 10 districts under 5,000 students.
What if we already have CloudCard / HID / Illumia?
Great — we integrate with all of them. MobileID.ai is the orchestration layer above your existing credentialing infrastructure. We add what they're missing: AI validation, SIS depth, fulfillment, audit log, notifications.
Is the platform FERPA / HIPAA / COPPA 2.0 compliant?
Yes by architecture. Immutable hash-chained audit log. 3-year FERPA retention default. HIPAA BAA available. Arkansas HB 1717 ready for July 1, 2026 effective date. CMMC Level 2 target Q4 2026. SOC 2 Type I Q4 2026, Type II Q3 2027.
How is pricing structured?
Public, transparent, flat tiers. $3,000/year (Starter) up to $150,000+ (Federal). Capability-bundled, not per-seat — growth doesn't punish your budget.
